REFUND PROTECTION BY XCOVER - for that extra peace of mind

XCOVER is an optional refund protection specialist providing guests with the opportunity to add enhanced refund terms to our standard booking conditions during the booking process. It enables guests to request a full refund administered by Booking Protect Ltd should they, or anyone in their party, be unable to attend their stay due to unforeseen circumstances listed on the XCOVER website. This added refund protection can be added to your booking anytime up to the balance due stage, so if you haven't already added cover please contact us at WHH for a quote and to add it on for you. Please note that the XCOVER Refund Protect cannot be applied to any booking where the rental fee is over £1500 per person.
