The cottage has the benefit of a large open planned kitchen, dining and lounge room offering a perfect social space for friends and family. The modern kitchen is very well equipped.
There is a dining table and chairs for entertaining; a three seat sofa with large poufee and two occasional chairs, to sit and relax in; and a TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs and an IPOD dock.
The large French doors lead you onto a secluded courtyard garden with patio furniture and charcoal BBQ. There is then access to a raised deck with seating by the sea wall which offers direct access to the beach and sea views.
There is a separate utility area with washer/dryer, separate sink and cloakroom.
The modern family bathroom has a bath, basin and wc.
The childrens' bedroom is furnished with full size bunk beds, hanging pegs and a lovely selection of toys and books to play with.
The charming master bedroom has enviable sea views and large French doors that lead onto the stunning first floor sun terrace. The bedroom is furnished with a super-king bed, bedside cabinets, tall shabby chic cabinet with storage shelves, and wall pegs for hanging clothes on. There is a shower ensuite with walk in shower and wc.
The second bedroom is at the front of the cottage andis tastefully decorated and furnished with two single beds (which can be pushed together), chest of drawers and wall pegs for hanging.
There is no private parking at this property. Un-restricted free parking can be found on street in the conservation areas, Nelson Road and Cornwallis Circle (subject to spaces available on the day). Alternatively you can use the Pay & Display car parks in the town centre charged between 10am and 9pm at a cost of £1.20 per hour (excludes short term at Harbour & Oyster car park).

The stairs are a little steep so may not be suitable
for those with limited mobility.
RENTAL PERIODS: Weekly rentals from Friday - Friday all year. Weekend and mid-week breaks available in low and shoulder seasons.
