at Wheelers Oyster Bar Whitstable with renowned Chef Mark Stubbs


Chef Mark Stubbs returns this year with his 1 day seafood cookery course at the famous Wheelers Oyster Bar in Whitstable.
During the day you will learn to prepare and cook live lobster and scallops, how to fillet flat and round fish and learn lots of useful restaurant techniques.
You will work on a 3 course meal throughout the day, which you will then sit down to enjoy with some great wine.
You will also have some stock and sauces to take home with you, as well as recipes and tips from the day.

The course is running on Wednesday 1st April & Wednesday 13th May 2020
Cost: £160 per person which includes 1 day seafood cookery course and 3 course dinner and wine.
