The access road to the bungalow is unmade and not ideal for very low sports cars.

West View is located in Whitstable overlooking the beautiful golf course, within an easy walk of the High Street and beach. This lovely traditional bungalow is spacious and light and furnished with charming mid century furniture, providing comfortable accommodation for families, friends and those with limited mobility.

There is the benefit of a lovely sunny enclosed garden with covered patio and private parking for up to two cars on the driveway. You are also welcome to bring your dog, so he can enjoy the lovely walks on the beach in Whitstable.

The entrance hall leads you to the fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, electric oven ,gas hob and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a charming dining area which leads out to the sunny enclosed garden and covered patio area with outdoor table and chairs.

The spacious and comfortable lounge overlooks the front garden and golf course and has been furnished with a three seater sofa, two occasional chairs, coffee table and flat screen Smart TV.

The master double bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, dressing table and chest of drawers.

There are then two further twin bedrooms interconnected. The first twin room has two standard single beds, a large sliding wardrobe, bedside table with lamp and chest of drawers.

The second twin room has two single beds, bedside table with lamp and chair. There is direct access to the garden via sliding doors.

The family bathroom has a walk in shower, wc and basin.

The washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer are located in the garage at the side of the bungalow.
