The Foredeck is a beautiful and characterful 4 bedroom seaside family home, located right on West Beach in Whitstable. You can hop over the sea wall to the beach to enjoy a swim. It is just a short walk to the town's harbour, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.
The house is unique in layout with spacious accommodation over four floors. It has the most incredible sea views from the large panoramic windows in the living areas and two of the double bedrooms. The house is dog friendly and wonderfully placed to let your dogs enjoy the beach year round. There is also private parking for one medium and one small car.
Ground Floor:
The front door leads you into the hallway. There are two bedrooms on this level. A double room with built in wardrobe, with dressing table, bedside table and lamp. There is a fun bunk room with a bottom double and top single bunk, with chest of drawers and bedside lights. There is access to the outside courtyard garden and beach. Both bedrooms have use a beautiful bathroom with large walk in shower, basin and wc.
First Floor:
There are two beautiful double bedrooms with wrap round windows with stunning sea views. The first double has a king size bed, built in wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. There is then an adjoining shower room with basin and wc.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with stunning views of the sea and sunsets. There are built in wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower and the fun Tubby bath with basin and wc.
Second Floor:
The second floor has the most stunning and spacious kitchen and diner. You can sit at the dining table and enjoy the most beautiful views as you eat. There is also a little snug area to relax with a cuppa.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to prepare your food - oh and did I mention the view as your are cooking!
Third Floor:
The best room is saved until last with the fabulous relaxing top floor lounge with its floor to ceiling 180 degree windows with the most incredible stage for seeing Whitstable’s famous sunsets and watching the tides ebb and flow.
There is also a wc on this level.
Parking:
There is parking for a medium and small car at the property as well as additional on street parking where space close by.
NB As per our Booking Conditions we ask all guests to be respectful of the neighbours, as all of the holiday homes are located in residential areas. We are aware that you may be celebrating a special event during your stay, but ask again that you are respectful of local residents especially with regard to noise levels. Please also note that we do not accept hen or stag parties at this property.
The number of people using the holiday property is not to exceed the maximum number stated. This includes entertaining friends who are not on the guest list over to the property during your stay without prior consent from the Owner. Whitstable Holiday Homes Ltd and the Owner reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if the maximum number is not observed and in such a case no refund will be given.
Children under 2 years are not normally counted for this purpose.
