Sea View Cottage is a stylish 3 bedroom property that has been tastefully decorated throughout and offers the perfect seaside retreat. The owners have added artistic touches and unique mid-century furniture and accessories to the cottage which make it special.
This mid terraced Victorian cottage offers guests two double bedrooms and a bedroom with a single pull out bed, comfortable living areas and a sweet enclosed sunny garden. It is located on popular Island Wall, just minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants.
The front door leads you into a spacious lounge furnished with a three seat sofa, four occasional chairs, wood-burner and TV with DVD player.
A few steps down take you from the lounge into the modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs for you to enjoy some tasty local seafood and local cheeses.
Double French doors lead you to the pretty paved and sunny garden. There is a large outside table and benches, perfect for you to enjoy a BBQ or brunch in the sunshine.
The beautiful master bedroom has been elegantly decorated with a super-king size bed with large velvet headboard, White Company bedding, Margo Selby cushions, Vivienne Westwood wallpaper and an amazing retro chandelier. There is a built in wardrobe for your clothes and bedside tables with lamps.
The pretty second double bedroom enjoys a sea view. It has a white wrought iron king size bed with White Company Bedding and vintage patchwork throw. It is furnished with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and hooks for hanging clothes.
The bathroom is very stylish with a bath and separate walk in shower. The camera does not do the room justice but you will enjoy a relaxing bath among the geometric wallpaper and unique antique cabinets and accessories.
The third bedroom has a single bed with a pull out single trundle bed that rests on the floor. Perfect for two kids sharing or a single adult. There is a bedside table and lamp and storage cupboard with hanging hooks for clothes.
There is no private parking at this property. Un-restricted free parking can be found on street in the conservation areas, Nelson Road and Cornwallis Circle (subject to spaces available on the day).
Alternatively you can use the Pay & Display car parks in the town centre charged between 10am and 9pm at a cost of £1.20 per hour (excludes short term at Harbour & Oyster car park).
