It's simple - we provide a personalised service with high standards of customer care, so you can enjoy your seaside holiday home.
We look after you from your initial enquiry where we tailor-make your stay to your individual requirements. There's no need to spend hours trawling through endless lists of properties online. At Whitstable Holiday Homes, we do the work for you. We will access your specific needs and email you our recommendations based on our personal knowledge of each and every one of our holiday homes. As we do not own any of the holiday homes on our site, our advice will impartial and honest. Just call us on 01227 281800 or fill in our contact us form with the number of people staying, dates and any specific requirements eg dog friendly, private parking or beachfront, and we will email or call, with our latest availability and prices. It's simple!
HOW TO BOOK?
Once you have decided on your holiday home, we will provisionally hold it for you and send you through the booking details to make sure you are happy with all the arrangements. We then ask for a 25% deposit of the rental cost and a booking fee of £30 if you haven’t stayed with us before, to secure the booking and full/final payment 6 weeks prior to your arrival. On receipt of your balance payment we email your 'Meet & Greet' details and our unique 20 page Whitstable Holiday Home guide to the area with all the best things Whitstable has to offer.
On the day of your arrival we pre-check your holiday home to make sure everything is in order and ready for your arrival. In colder months, we will make sure the heating is on and deliver your pre-ordered logs, so you arrive into a warm, welcoming home. If you are celebrating a special birthday or anniversary, we are very happy to organise the delivery of flowers, cakes or wine. Just ask!
We personally meet you at the door of your holiday home on arrival. There is no scrambling to find keys in the dark and wondering where everything is. We show you around your home and answer any questions you may have. We love our town and enjoy its many restaurants and events and will be very happy to share our wealth of local information and restaurant recommendations.
DURING YOUR STAY
Now here's the special part - we offer a 24/7 customer service throughout your stay. So if you happen to lock yourself out, can't figure how to get the heating to work, have any general local queries or requests that we can help you with, you can call us and we will call or pop by as soon as we can to assist.
FOLLOW UP SERVICE
We love to get feedback from our guests. We will contact you promptly with the return of your cautionary deposit and welcome any feedback to improve our services and holiday homes for future guests and of course we love to receive reviews!
