Cockleshell House returns to Whitstable Holiday Homes with new owners and bags of charm. This 3 bedroom end of terrace house with parking is located in the heart of the conservation area. It is just minutes from the shops, restaurants, harbour and beach.

The house is very spacious and has been tastefully decorated throughout offering all the modern facilities with the comfort of a family home.

Ground Floor:
The hallway leads you to an open planned spacious dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a double oven with built in microwave, induction hob, integral fridge/freezer, and washing machine. The kitchen leads out to a beautiful courtyard garden with patio furniture.

The dining area has a fitted dresser unit, dining table, 6 chairs and an open fireplace for cosy winter dining. French doors lead out onto the garden.

The downstairs shower room has a large walk in shower, basin and wc.

The lounge is light and spacious and is furnished with a large sofa and two occasional chairs. There is a Smart TV with DVD Player and also an open fireplace for winter evenings.

The private parking is at the rear of the house for either one medium/large car or two small cars.

First Floor:
The large master bedroom at the front of the house has a king size bed, built in wardrobe with hanging space, large dressing table with drawers and chair, bedside tables and lamps.  

The second bedroom has two single beds, a built in wardrobe with shelves and bedside tables with lamps.

The third bedroom has single bunk beds, chest of drawers with lamp and under-bed storage drawers.

The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin and wc.
