There is a leather footstool and painted side tables. There is a gas effect wood-burner, TV with DVD player. The dining area is furnished with a French inspired dining table and chairs and large chest of drawers. The under-stairs cupboard houses the microwave oven and provides storage for coats etc.
The galley kitchen has been beautifully designed and is very well equipped with separate fridge and freezer, oven and gas hob, butler sink, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. There is a utility cupboard housing the washing machine and tumble dryer. At the end of the kitchen is a wooden bistro table and 2 chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee.
There is also the benefit of a downstairs wc with basin.
Double French doors lead you out to the secluded courtyard garden with built in charcoal BBQ and patio table and chairs.The garden leads you through to the parking bay at the rear of the cottage.
The master bedroom has been beautifully decorated in Farrow and Ball colours and furnished with a painted French inspired wooden double bed, painted chest of drawers and mirror, bedside table and lamp, fitted wardrobe with shelves and hanging space.
The second bedroom is furnished with a 4 foot bed, antique chest of drawers, built in shelves and cupboard with hanging space.
The spacious family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin and vanity unit and wc.
The twin bedroom is in the eaves and is furnished with two single beds, a painted chest of drawers and bedside lamps. There are two velux windows letting in lots of light with black out blinds. The attic bedroom is accessed by steep narrow stairs so not ideal for those with mobility issues.
This is a strictly non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.
Children under 10 years of age are not permitted.
Guests with limited mobility may find the stairs to the attic bedroom difficult.
RENTAL PERIODS: Weekly rentals from Saturday - Saturday during school holidays. Weekend and mid-week breaks available in low and shoulder seasons.
