Beach Walk House is an incredibly spacious six bedroom house with a huge open living space and sea views from the lounge and balcony. The fun decor, homely comforts and spacious accommodation all go to create a fabulous home from home for family and friends that you will want to keep coming back to.

The house is located just across from Long Beach, next door to the Hotel Continental and within easy walking distance to the East Quay and the town's restaurants and shops. It has the added benefit of secure parking for one car within a secure garage within the property.

Ground Floor:
The hallway from the front door leads you straight into to the large open living space. The dining area has a wooden table with bench seating and two chairs. There are also a few occasional chairs and swing seat, as well as piano and stool should you wish to tinkle the ivories.

Steps lead up to the lounge area with two three seater sofas, occasional chair, egg chair, coffee table and dresser. There is a large flat screen TV with Sky TV and a woodburning stove to enjoy on winters nights. French doors lead out onto a balcony with two sun chairs and a charcoal BBQ.

Off the dining area is the kitchen which is fully equipped with Dual fuel range cooker, American style fridge freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.
There is a breakfast bar with three stools to enjoy chatting with the chef or grabbing a bite from the kitchen.

There is also a downstairs shower room with walk in shower, basin and w.c.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. The first has a king size bed, bedside cabinets with drawers, Wardrobe with hanging space, bench seating, bistro table and chairs and Sky TV. There is also an ensuite walk shower (accessed via two steps), basin and w.c. The second bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe with hanging space and drawers, bistro table and chairs, TV with Roku plug in, ensuite shower with w.c and a freestanding bath in the bedroom. There is also access to a private courtyard area with bistro table and chairs.

Parking for one car is available in the secure garage accessed via the ground floor hallway. There is also an additional washing machine and tumble dryer for your use.

First Floor:
The stair well to the first floor houses a large selection of kids books and games for you to enjoy and the large open landing is a perfect place for the children to spread out their toys and play. There are four king size double bedrooms on this floor. The Fish inspired bedroom has a king size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe with hanging space, shelves and drawers, and an ensuite w.c with basin. The bird inspired bedroom has a king size bed, bedside table, desk and chair and wardrobe with hanging space, shelves and drawers. The bedroom with angel wings has a king size bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, TV, two wardrobes, occasional chair, dressing table and chair. The woodland inspired room has a king size bed, chest drawers, bedside tables, large built in wardrobes with shelves, hanging space and a large flat screen TV.

There is a beautifully decorated large family bathroom with twin basins, freestanding bath, walk in shower (accessed via two steps), w.c and chandilier!
