Beach Alley Cottage
is a charming 2 bedroom end of terrace cottage, is tucked away in Beach Alley, between Island Wall and Middle Wall. It is just minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants and offers the perfect romantic retreat or family break.
This contemporary cottage has been tastefully furnished throughout and there is an enclosed courtyard garden for you to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee or summer evening meal.
Ground Floor:
The front door leads you into a large spacious lounge and dining area. It is furnished a dining table and two bench seats, contemporary 3 seater sofa and two occasional chairs, large flat screen Smart TV and a wood burning stove.
The living area then leads directly through to the kitchen which is equipped with washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven and hob.
French doors lead you the quaint enclosed garden with its patio table and chairs.
First Floor:
There is a good size double bedroom with double bed, bedside table and lights, fitted wardrobes with hanging and shelf storage space.
The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin with storage unit and wc.
Second Floor:
The second double bedroom has a double bed (to be replaced with two single beds from 1st October 2023) , built in shelf storage, beside tables and lights and a chair.
