Alberta's House is a charming semi-detached 3 bedroom seaside home on popular Island Wall. It is just a couple of minutes from the beach and a little stroll to the shops, bars and restaurants.
As well as offering stylish and comfortable accommodation, it is dog friendly, it has a fabulous annexe with a table tennis table and fat boys to chill on, an enclosed garden with patio furniture and the benefit of private parking for one car.
Ground Floor:
There is a lovely bright lounge with a three seater sofa, two armchairs, TV and Margo Selby rug and cushions.
The hallway with drinks fridge and small freezer then leads you to the spacious kitchen and dining room. Here you will find an electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher and fridge.
There is a two seater sofa by the log burner and a table with bench and chair seating for 6 people with a lovely view of the garden.
The kitchen door then leads you out into the pretty terrace with patio furniture. There is an outside wc . The large mature garden is laid to lawn.
At the end of the garden is the annexe with the washing machine and tumble dryer and an additional shower and wc. This annexe is a fun place for your older kids to hang out as it has two fat boy bean bags and a table tennis table. There are also tennis racquets you are welcome to use at the local tennis courts.
First Floor:
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside lamps and lovely seaside inspired artwork.
The second bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, peg rail with hangers.
The third bedroom has two single beds, chest of drawers and peg rails for hanging and again lovely seaside touches.
There is also a stylish family bathroom with with roll top bath, overhead shower & toilet.
