Turnstone House is a lovingly restored 3 bedroom end of terrace house that overlooks the golf course and is just a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants.
The house is very spacious and has been tastefully decorated throughout offering all the modern facilities with the comfort of a family home.
The beautiful original stained glass front door leads you into a spacious hallway. The lounge is light and spacious and is furnished with a large sofa and snug chair with round footstool. The traditional open fireplace can be used for cosy log fires in the winter months. There is a TV with BT Vision and DVD player and surround sound speakers.
The snug provides a second lounge for the kids to chill out in with a big comfy sofa and TV.
There is a downstairs wc and built in utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The impressive hallway leads you through to the spacious and modern kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with large American style fridge/freezer, range cooker, microwave and dishwasher.The reclaimed wooden square dining table and chairs provide the perfect dining area to enjoy entertaining family and friends and in the summer months, the bi-fold doors can be fully opened to enjoy the charming garden.
The garden has been partially laid to lawn and has a patio area with outdoor table and chairs, established borders and a sweet seating area for your sundowner.
The large master bedroom enjoys wonderful views of the golf course and sea. It is furnished with a super-king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe with hanging space and drawers.
There is a modern ensuite shower room with walk in shower, basin and wc.
The second bedroom is tastefully decorated and furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and bedside cabinet.
The twin room overlooks the garden and is furnished with two full size single beds, bedside cabinet and a boat shaped shelf unit with drawers for storing your clothes.
Thestylish family bathroom has a roll top bath, large walk in shower, basin and wc.

This is a strictly non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.
RENTAL PERIODS: Weekly rentals from Friday - Friday during school holidays. Weekend and mid-week breaks available in low and shoulder seasons.
