This contemporary 3 storey town house is located in the heart of Whitstable, just round the corner from the famous Oyster Stores Restaurant and Wheelers Seafood Restaurant. It is also just a stone's throw from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the harbour and fish markets.
The entrance hall leads you to the downstairs bedroom with single pull-out bed that can convert to twin beds. This bedroom is quite small so not ideal for two adults. There is an under stairs cupboard with washer/dryer.
The spacious open planned living area has a large comfy L-shaped sofa, TV cabinet with flat screen TV, Bose DVD and CD player. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs and a fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas hob and dishwasher.
French doors lead you on to the balcony with its small patio table and two directors chairs.
The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, double sofa bed, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The only bathroom at the property is on the second floor and has twin basins, bath with overhead shower and wc.
This is a strictly non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.

RENTAL PERIODS: Weekly rentals from Saturday - Saturday during school holidays. Weekend and mid-week breaks available in low and shoulder seasons.
