Accommodation Details

This fabulous spacious detached chalet bungalow has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout with some lovely vintage retro touches around the house for you to enjoy. The Firs offers very comfortable accommodation for large families and groups of friends.

The house has 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 12 people and has the benefit of off-street parking for up to 4 cars and a great large garden space with a wrap round decking and lawn. It also has the advantage of one floor living for guests with mobility issues with two double bedrooms and walk in shower and wc on the ground floor.

Ground Floor:
The front door leads you to a charming hallway with original parquet flooring, vintage desk and large cloakroom pegs for hanging your coats.

There are two tastefully decorated bedrooms on the ground floor, each furnished with a king size bed, chest of drawers, metal hanging rails, bedside tables and lamps.

The large kitchen and dining room spans the width of the house at the back of the property and provides a fantastic space for dining and entertaining. The lovely bright kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, double oven and gas hob, freestanding Smeg fridge, separate freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and Lavazza pod coffee machine. There is a breakfast bar as well as an extendable dining table with 12 dining chairs.

French doors from the dining area lead to a large outside decked area and garden with seating and outside dining table and BBQ.

The downstairs bathroom offers a large walk in cubicle shower, basin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet with hand basin next door.

The lounge offers a spacious area to relax and is furnished with a L-shaped sofa, 3 seater sofa and occasional leather chair, coffee and side tables. There is a Freeview TV, DVD player and docking/CD player, together with lots of games, DVDs and CDs for the kids and adults to enjoy.

Double doors in the lounge lead on to the outside decking area and garden. The garden and decked area offers a superb space for entertaining outside and for the kids to play in. The garden is totally enclosed and mainly laid to lawn with shrub borders.

First Floor:

There is a large bedroom at the front of the house which can sleep up to 4 guests in a king size bed and two single beds. The room is furnished with chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamp and hanging pegs.

The twin room is furnished with two standard single beds, two bedside units with drawers and hanging peg rail.

The small double bedroom is furnished with a standard double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and hanging peg rail.

The family bathroom upstairs has a bath, separate step in shower cubicle, basin and wc.

 

 

Dog Policy

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £15. However, under no circumstances are dogs permitted upstairs or on the sofa or chairs. Dogs must not be left unattended in properties, or elsewhere and should be exercised outside the property gardens or grounds.  If you do not adhere to these conditions, some of the cautionary deposit may be retained by the owner.

Restrictions

This is a strictly non-smoking property.

Maximum Occupancy

12

The number of people using the holiday property is not to exceed the maximum occupancy. This includes entertaining friends who are not on the guest list over to the property during your stay without prior consent from the Owner. Whitstable Holiday Homes Ltd and the Owner reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if the maximum number is not observed and in such a case no refund will be given.
Children under 2 years are not normally counted for this purpose.

RENTAL PERIODS: Weekly rentals from Friday - Friday during school holidays. Weekend and mid-week breaks available in low and shoulder seasons.

PRICE INCLUDES: Linen and Towels, Winter Heating, WiFi and all utilities

PRICE EXCLUDES: Dog Board £15

A REFUNDABLE CAUTIONARY DEPOSIT OF £150 IS REQUIRED 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL - PLEASE REFER TO THE BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR FULL DETAILS.
