"We had what our children called the 'best ever' Christmas at Summer House (we called it Christmas House) in Whitstable. There was plenty of kitchen equipment, so that Christmas dinner was easy. There was lots of space in the house, so that different family members could hang out together, or have their own space, whichever appealed at the time. Accommodation Details

 

This fabulous 4 bedroom detached family home is located on Tankerton Slopes, next door to Whitstable Castle, just minutes from the beach and 10 minutes walk into town. As well as being the perfect spot to enjoy a seaside holiday, it is also very close to Whitstable's well known wedding venues including The East Quay, The Beach House and the Marine Hotel.

The Summer House provides spacious living accommodation throughout and has the benefit of a very comfortable lounge that leads through to a large conservatory with dining furniture overlooking the garden .

The house has been tastefully decorated throughout and accommodates up to 8 people in two double and two twin bedrooms.
There is also private parking for up to 4 cars on the driveway - a godsend on a busy weekend.

Ground Floor:
The hallway leads you to a lovely spacious light lounge with 2 3 seat sofas, comfy chair and feature gas fireplace. There is a TV with Freesat and DVD player.

French doors that take you to the large impressive conservatory that overlooks the landscaped garden and accommodates a large dining table and 8 chairs.  

The large newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, built in oven and electric hob. There is also a large dining table with 8chairs.

There is a downstairs shower room and toilet off the hallway and the garage houses the washing machine and utility area.

The garden has been landscaped and is furnished with outdoor table and chairs.

First Floor:
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables with sea views across Tankerton Slopes.

The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe with drawer, bedside cabinets and enjoys sea views across Tankerton slopes

The third bedroom has a standard double bed, chest of drawers, peg rail with hangers and bedside cabinet.

The fourth bedroom has two single beds, chest of drawers, bedside table and peg rail with hangers.

The family bathroom has a bath, overhead shower, basin and toilet.

 

 

Maximum Policy

8 + infant in travel cot

The number of people using the holiday property is not to exceed the maximum occupancy. This includes entertaining friends who are not on the guest list over to the property during your stay without prior consent from the Owner. Whitstable Holiday Homes Ltd and the Owner reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if the maximum number is not observed and in such a case no refund will be given.
Children under 2 years are not normally counted for this purpose.

 

Restrictions

This is a strictly non-smoking property.

Pets are not allowed.

RENTAL PERIODS: Weekly rentals from Friday - Friday during school holidays. Weekend and mid-week breaks available in low and shoulder seasons.

PRICE INCLUDES: Linen and Towels, Winter Heating, WiFi and all utilities

REFUNDABLE CAUTIONARY DEPOSIT OF £150 IS REQUIRED 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL - PLEASE REFER TO THE BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR FULL DETAILS.
