This spacious seaside home has been tastefully decorated throughout and has the benefit sea views from the lounge with balcony, master bedroom and top floor twin room. It offers a perfect seaside holiday or weekend escape for family and friends
NB there is private parking for one car beside the property however it is only accessible in a small or narrow vehicle.
The main entrance is accessed by a few steps and leads you into the hallway. On this floor level you have the master bedroom, a double bedroom, family bathroom and a single bedroom.
The spacious master bedroom enjoys wonderful sea views. It has been furnished with a king size bed, large wardrobe with hanging space and drawers, bedside cabinets and lamps, and dressing table with chair.
The double bedroom overlooks the garden to the rear of the house. It is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, bedside tables and hanging rail.
A few steps down take you to the beautifully tiled family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin and toilet.
The small single bedroom at the rear of the house has a standard single bed, chest of drawers and peg rail for hanging clothes. It also has access to one of the small balconies to the rear of the house overlooking the garden.
The basement level is accessed via the ground floor staircase, or from the rear garden, or via steps from outside the front of the house. It houses the kitchen, dining area and downstairs shower room with wc. There is access to the rear garden with patio table and chairs.
The well equipped kitchen has granite worktops, a large Stoves range cooker with induction hob and electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large built in fridge with freezer compartment and lots of storage.
The separate dining area has a woodburning stove and two armchairs to chill in. There is a large dining table that comfortable seats 9 guests for dinner.
The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, wc and washer/dryer.
Stairs from the ground floor, take you to the first floor half landing and a bathroom with freestanding bath, basin and wc. It also has access to a small balcony overlooking the garden at the rear of the house.
A few more steps take you up to another bedroom with a king size bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The delightful lounge with its stunning sea views is furnished with a 3 seater sofa, two occasional chairs and coffee table. There is also large TV with DVD player and a woodburning stove. There is access to the balcony via French doors from the lounge.
The fifth bedroom is at the top of the house and is furnished with two single beds, a chest of drawers and built in cupboard. It enjoys wonderful sea views from the large dormer window.
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £15. However, under no circumstances are dogs permitted upstairs or on the sofa or chairs. Dogs must not be left unattended in properties, or elsewhere and should be exercised outside the property gardens or grounds. If you do not adhere to these conditions, some of the cautionary deposit may be retained by the owner.
This is a strictly non-smoking property.
