Accommodation Details

This end of terrace house is situated on Wavecrest and enjoys dual aspect sea views from the lounge and balcony. It is within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants.

This spacious seaside home has been tastefully decorated throughout and has the benefit of a first floor balcony with sea views and offers a perfect holiday retreat or weekend escape.

Please note that your accommodation occupies the top three floors of the house. The basement accommodation is used by a permanent resident.

There is private parking for one car beside the property however it is not suitable for low level cars.

Ground Floor:

The main entrance leads you to the light and spacious lounge with stunning dual aspect sea and beach views. It is furnished with two sofas and an occasional chair, side tables and TV with DVD player.

The kitchen/diner is accessed through double glass doors from the lounge or from the main hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with built in oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a round wooden table and chairs for you to dine at.

The family bathroom is accessed from the main hallway. It has a bath with overhead shower, basin and toilet. 

First Floor:
The spacious master bedroom enjoys stunning sea views and has a king size bed and bedside tables. Chest of drawers and dressing table. There is a shower ensuite and toilet.

Access to the balcony is via the ensuite in the master bedroom

The second bedroom is at the side of the property and enjoys sea views. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, dressing table and built-in wardrobe.  

There is a toilet adjacent to the second bedroom.

Second Floor:
The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a chest of drawers and bedside tables. It enjoys sea views from the side window.

 

 

 

Dog Policy

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £15. However, under no circumstances are dogs permitted upstairs or on the sofa or chairs. Dogs must not be left unattended in properties, or elsewhere and should be exercised outside the property gardens or grounds.  If you do not adhere to these conditions, some of the cautionary deposit may be retained by the owner.

RENTAL PERIODS: Weekly rentals from Friday - Friday during school holidays. Weekend and mid-week breaks available in low and shoulder seasons.

PRICE INCLUDES: Linen and towels for weekly rentals, Winter Heating, WiFi and all utilities

PRICE EXCLUDES: Optional Linen and Towel hire for 5 nights or less - 1 bedroom £20, 2 bedrooms £30, 3 bedrooms £40 - Dog Board £15

A REFUNDABLE CAUTIONARY DEPOSIT OF £150 IS REQUIRED 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL - PLEASE REFER TO THE BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR FULL DETAILS.
