Accommodation Details

This lovingly restored fisherman's cottage is situated within Whitstable's conservation area, just round the corner from the harbour, restaurants and Harbour Street shops.

Tastefully decorated throughout and boasting off street parking for two cars, this property offers a perfect getaway for family or friends. You can even bring your small dog.

Ground Floor:
The front door leads you into a charming living room with a 3 seater sofa and Ercol occasional chair. There is also a small TV with DVD player.

The spacious dining room has an original Ercol dining set including 4 chairs and a love seat. A large wooden dresser and large painted wooden cupboards either side of the chimney breast complete the look. There is also wood burning stove for you to enjoy in the winter months while dining with family and friends.

The galley kitchen with its painted cupboards is equipped with dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine.

The kitchen leads through to the downstairs bathroom with its panelled bath, overhead shower, basin and wc.

The garden is mainly laid with shingle and provides a patio area with furniture to enjoy alfresco meals or BBQs. There is also off street parking for one car in the garden area.

First Floor:
There is a spacious and light double bedroom at the front of the house with fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamps.

The middle bedroom is furnished with a single pull out bed that can accommodate one or two guests in single beds side by side with single duvets. There is a chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp and hanging pegs for clothes.

The sweet bedroom at the back of the property is furnished with a single bed, bedside cabinet with storage and lamp, and pegs for hanging clothes.

 

 

Dog Policy

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £15. However, under no circumstances are dogs permitted upstairs or on the sofa or chairs. Dogs must not be left unattended in properties, or elsewhere and should be exercised outside the property gardens or grounds.  If you do not adhere to these conditions, some of the cautionary deposit may be retained by the owner.

RENTAL PERIODS: Weekly rentals from Saturday - Saturday during school holidays. Weekend and mid-week breaks available in low and shoulder seasons.
