"Both our girls, age 13 & 11 loved how the cottage was only 1 minute the beach & the shops. Girls' beds really comfortable & plenty of room for all their bits & bobs. I loved the huge bedroom with lots if storage space & views to the beach where I could see my girls playing happily. The sunsets were incredible! The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was warm & homely all through the day & night. My husband loved sitting out on the decking drinking tea & reading his book. Even though the car park was so close, it wasn't too intrusive. Garage perfect for tucking our car away.

"I visited with my mother of 87 and her sister of 88. We stayed in Katie cottage which turned out to be perfect just a few steps from the sea and the high street. Great to have a garage too. Tea bags, coffee and sugar were provided. Good strong WiFi. Nice little patio garden and even though it was on the edge of the car park there was no noise or disturbance. "Spent the weekend at the delightful Katie Cottage. Conveniently located for shops, restaurants and the beach. The property was well equipped and comfortable. This lovely 2 bedroom end of terraced cottage has been comfortably furnished throughout. It is located in the centre of town and backs on to Keams Yard car park off Island Wall - just 50 paces from the beach.
It enjoys lovely sea views from the master bedroom and has the benefit of private parking for a small/medium car within an integral garage. This cottage also permits a well-behaved dog.
The bright modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave and has a dining table with 4 chairs.
The kitchen leads through to the cosy lounge which has been comfortably furnished with a two-seater sofa and two armchairs. There is a TV and DVD player. French doors lead from the lounge to the decked garden area with patio furniture.
The master bedroom enjoys sea views and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe with drawers, bedside cabinets with lamps, dressing table and chest of drawers.
The twin bedroom has two standard single beds, wardrobe with drawers and bedside table and lamp.
The modern bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin and toilet.
This is a strictly non-smoking property.
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £15. However, under no circumstances are dogs permitted upstairs or on the sofa or chairs. Dogs must not be left unattended in properties, or elsewhere and should be exercised outside the property gardens or grounds. If you do not adhere to these conditions, some of the cautionary deposit may be retained by the owner.
