This surprisingly spacious 3 bedroom bungalow is located 250 yards from Seasalter Beach, offering the perfect base from which to explore Whitstable and the surrounding areas. The bungalow has been simply furnished throughout and provides comfortable accommodation. There is the benefit of a lovely enclosed garden with decking andparking for up to two cars on the driveway. You are also welcome to bring your dog so he can enjoy the lovely walks on the beach in Whitstable.
The large entrance hall leads you to the fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and gas hob. The spacious and comfortable lounge is furnished with a leather sofa and occasional chairs, as well as a TV and DVD player.
The dining area overlooks the garden and has patio doors leading to a decked area with patio furniture and the lovely enclosed garden mostly laid to lawn.
The master bedroom is again a good size and is furnished with a wooden framed double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps and a mirrored wardrobe. It also has an ensuite shower room with basin and wc.
The second bedroom is again is a good size twin room with two standard single beds, bedside cabinet with small drawer unit and bedside lamp.
The spacious third bedroom has standard single pullout bed, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers.
The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin and wc.
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £15. However, under no circumstances are dogs permitted upstairs or on the sofa or chairs. Dogs must not be left unattended in properties, or elsewhere and should be exercised outside the property gardens or grounds. If you do not adhere to these conditions, some of the cautionary deposit may be retained by the owner.
This is a strictly non-smoking property.
RENTAL PERIODS: Weekly rentals from Saturday - Saturday during school holidays. Weekend and mid-week breaks available in low and shoulder seasons.
