Crab Cottage is a wonderfully light and very spacious 2 bedroom mid-terraced cottage. This very comfortable home has been tastefully decorated throughout and has a lovely enclosed garden.
The cottage is only 5 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants and provides a perfect base to explore Whitstable.
There is a spacious and comfortable lounge furnished with a double sofa bed, two occasional chairs, wood burning stove, TV and DVD player.
he large fully fitted kitchen and breakfast room is well equipped with a large range cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a dining table and 6 chairs. It leads you via French doors to a lovely enclosed garden partly laid to lawn with mature flower beds. There is an outside table and chairs for you to enjoy your lunch al fresco.
The master bedroom is very spacious and is furnished with zip and link twin beds that can be converted to super-king bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The second charming bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and built in wardrobe.
The bathroom is again spacious and has a bath with overhead mixer tap shower, basin and wc
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £15. However, under no circumstances are dogs permitted upstairs or on the sofa or chairs. Dogs must not be left unattended in properties, or elsewhere and should be exercised outside the property gardens or grounds. If you do not adhere to these conditions, some of the cautionary deposit may be retained by the owner.
