Accommodation Details

This charming 3 bedroom family house is located on the fashionable Island Wall, just minutes from the beach and within easy walking distance of the town.

The house is laid out over three floors but only the first and second floors are available for this holiday accommodation. The owner retains a ground floor apartment but is not in residence during while holiday guests are staying. You will find a spacious and comfortable living and dining room, modern fully fitted kitchen and 3 bedrooms that sleep up to 5 people.

The house also boasts a first floor decked balcony overlooking the garden which is partly laid to lawn with established borders. There is also WiFi and private parking for 1-2 cars depending on size.
 

Ground Floor:
The accommodation is accessed by a small flight of steps to the front door.  The hallway leads to the lounge and dining area, which is furnished with two comfy sofas, coffee table, Freeview TV and DVD player, dining table and 6 chairs.

There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.

The kitchen also leads out to the first floor balcony at the rear of the property which has patio table and chairs. You are welcome to use the garden at rear of the property.
 

First Floor:
The master bedroom is spacious and furnished with a double bed, large mirrored fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

The twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinet and overlooks the rear garden.

There is also a small single bedroom with wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and toilet.
 

 

 

Dog Policy

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £15. However, under no circumstances are dogs permitted upstairs or on the sofa or chairs. Dogs must not be left unattended in properties, or elsewhere and should be exercised outside the property gardens or grounds.  If you do not adhere to these conditions, some of the cautionary deposit may be retained by the owner.
