It is just off Harbour Street, so you can walk everywhere easily and there are plenty of shops, so you do not need to go to the out of town supermarkets. The cottage appears small but there is plenty of space on three levels. It was lovely and warm and the wood burning stove made it so cosy in the evenings. We loved it." V Fewkes

Accommodation Details

This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom mid-terraced cottage is located in the heart of the conservation area,  just minutes from the shops, restaurants and beach.

This 3 storey cottage has been lovingly restored and has been tastefully decorated throughout. It has the benefit of a woodburning stove and WiFi.

Ground Floor:

The front door leads you directly into the lounge. There is a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa and occasional chair, woodburning stove and Freeview TV with DVD player.

The dining room has a wooden dining table with 6 chairs. This leads through to a fully fitted contemporary kitchen, complete with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, built in oven and hob and large fridge/freezer.

The kitchen leads through to the downstairs bathroom. This has been tiled throughout and provides a bath with overhead shower, basin and wc. The bathroom also houses the washing machine.

The garden is decked and has white painted patio furniture and large parasol - perfect for summer BBQ's or morning coffee.

First Floor:

The staircase to the first floor is quite steep so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

The bedroom at the front of the cottage has a wrought iron double bed, large chest of drawers and built in wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps.

The bedroomat the back of the cottage has a contemporary double bed, chest of drawers and hanging space, bedside tables and lamps. It also has thebenefit of an ensuite shower room with basin and wc.

Second Floor:

The attic bedroom is reached by a steep narrow staircase, so may not be suitable for those with mobility problems, or toddlers as a stairgate cannot be fixed across the bedroom door. The spacious bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and hanging space

Restrictions

This is a strictly non-smoking property.
The steep staircase in our opinion makes this cottage unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

Young children will also need to be supervised. Stairgates cannot be fixed to the attic bedroom doorway or at the top of the first floor staircase.
