We always pop into Canterbury for great shops and magnificent Cathedral but we also like days roller skating at the harbour or watching the sun go down with a glass of wine in hand - just lovely. This fabulous semi detached 3 bedroom cottage is tucked away behind the High Street in the heart of the town, just minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Behind this cottage's simple facade, lies a tastefully furnished contemporary home with a high standard of equipment and furnishings throughout.
The lounge has been furnished with a contemporary leather sofa and armchairs and decorated with feature lighting and prints. There is a wall mounted TV and DVD player.
The dining room has a dining table and chairs, with a stunning central feature light, contemporary prints.
The modern, white, fully equipped galley kitchen has been equipped to a high standard and has a dishwasher, washer/dryer,microwave,
double oven and Nespresso coffee machine. There's even a picnic hamper and beach crockery for your use. The kitchen leads to a downstairs cloakroom with wc and basin.
The private courtyard has been beautifully planted with bamboos and decorated with large zinc planters. There is a corner sleeper seating area and a charcoal barbeque for you to enjoy.
The lovely restored wooden staircase with its feature lights and artwork, take you to the two double bedrooms. Each bedroom has been beautifully furnished with contemporary furniture, great artwork, feature lighting, good quality bedding and White Company throws, wall-mounted TV and DVD Player.
There is a sweet single bedroom with under-bed storage for clothes and good quality bedding and White Company throw.
The large bathroom houses a large glass fronted shower, modern bath with mixer tap, wc and basin with shaving point.
This is a strictly non-smoking property.
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £15. However, under no circumstances are dogs permitted upstairs or on the sofa or chairs. Dogs must not be left unattended in properties, or elsewhere and should be exercised outside the property gardens or grounds. If you do not adhere to these conditions, some of the cautionary deposit may be retained by the owner.
