In 2007, there was an incredible increase in second homes being purchased in the town and a high level of media interest in Whitstable's restaurants and art festivals. Whitstable Holiday Homes Ltd was created to meet the demand for short stay and weekly holiday rental accommodation in the town and offer a wide selection of unique seaside properties for families and friends alike. Whitstable Holiday Homes Ltd also provided the second home owners an opportunity to earn income when their homes were not being used.

Gail Barnes, a long term Whitstable resident with over 20 years of travel marketing and sales experience. Gail is supported by her dedicated team Ann Pardoe and Claire Sayer throughout the year and a band of valuable support crew during the peak season.
