This lovely 2 bedroom end of terraced cottage has been comfortably furnished throughout. It is located in the centre of town and backs on to Keams Yard car park off Island Wall and is just 50 paces from the beach.

It enjoys lovely sea views and has the benefit of private parking for a small/medium car within an integral garage. This cottage also permits a small/medium sized well-behaved dog.

Restrictions:
This is a strictly non-smoking house.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £15. However, under no circumstances are dogs permitted upstairs, in the bedrooms, or allowed to lie on the bedding or chairs. Dogs must not be left unattended in properties, or elsewhere and should be exercised outside the property gardens or grounds.  Please note that cats and other pets are not permitted in any holiday homes without prior consent from the owner.If you do not adhere to these conditions, some of the cautionary deposit may be retained by the owner.

Rental Periods:
Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday during the school holidays. Short breaks are available in low and shoulder season.
