This lovely 3 bedroom mid-terraced cottage is nestled in Albert Street and is a short stroll to the beach and charming Harbour Street with its quaint shops, restaurants and delicatessan.

Seabreeze Cottage has been tastefully decorated throughout and enjoys a south facing garden with patio furniture.

Ground Floor:

The front door leads you into a charming lounge with wooden floors, 3 seater sofa and occasional chairs, feature brick fireplace and freeview TV and DVD player.  


The dining room has a table and  chairs and leads to the modern galley kitchen.

There is a white modern bathroom downstairs with bath and overhead shower, basin and toilet.

The back door leads to a shingled garden with patio furniture.

First Floor:

The main bedroom overlooks the courtyard garden and has a standard double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Adjacent is the twin bedroom with chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

Second Floor:

A narrow and steep staircase takes you to the twin attic bedroom with chest of drawers.

RESTRICTIONS:

This is a strictly non-smoking property and pets are not permitted.
Steep staircase may make this unsuitable for those with limited mobility and very young children.

RENTAL PERIOD:

Weekly rentals run from Saturday - Saturday during school holidays. Weekend and short breaks are available in low and shoulder seasons.

The above rates are based on 4 people sharing the cottage. Should there be 5 or 6 people staying the following supplement will apply: -
£50 per person per weekly rental
£25 per person per weekend rental. 

A refundable cautionary deposit of £150 is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival - please refer to Booking Conditions for details.
