The house is located on the lovely peaceful Seasalter Beach, far enough away from the summer crowds, but only a 20 minute walk along lovely West Beach, to Whitstable's seafood restaurants and quaint shops.
The cottage is accessed from the road by steep steps that run alongside a terraced garden to lawn. Due to the steepness of the access steps this property is unsuitable for those with limited mobility. The cottage has the benefit of private parking for up to 3 cars.
Ground Floor:
The large kitchen is fully
fitted with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The dining area has a large table and 8 chairs and leads to a sun room with sea views and comfy sofa and bean bags.
The sun room with extensive sea views leads you out onto the terrace which has patio furniture and chairs, a charcoal barbeque and the beach as your front garden!
The large lounge is furnished with a 3 seater sofa and 3 occasional chairs, plenty of books and DVDs and a large flat screen TV with Sky. There is a lovely window seat from which to enjoy the stunning sea views. NB The fire is decorative only and does not work.
There is also a downstairs toilet.
First Floor:
The main bedroom has extensive sea views, a king size bed and a large fitted wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. There is also an ensuite shower room and toilet.
The second bedroom is a small twin room with a single pullout bed which has been converted to two single beds (1 standard and 1 small single) This room is accessed through the main bedroom and is therefore suitable for children. It is simply furnished with a chest of drawers, but enjoys extensive sea views.
The third bedroom is alsosimply furnished with a double bed, plenty of drawers for clothes storage and a built in wardrobe with hanging rail. This room also enjoys extensive sea views.
The fourth bedroom is a small and basically furnished double bedroom with small chest of drawers and a view across the garden at the rear of the house.
There is a family bathroom with bath and mixer tap shower, basin and toilet.

The number of people using the holiday property is not to exceed the maximum number stated in the property description on our website. This includes entertaining friends who are not on the guest list over to the property during your stay without prior consent from the Owner. Whitstable Holiday Homes Ltd and the Owner reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire party if the maximum number is not observed and in such a case no refund will be given. Children under 2 years are not normally counted for this purpose.
We ask all guests to be respectful of the neighbours, as this property in particular is located on a peaceful beach in a residential area. We are aware that you may be celebrating a special event during your stay, but ask again that you are respectful of local residents especially with regard to noise levels and disruption. Please also note that we do not accept hen or stag partys
RENTAL PERIOD: Weekly rentals run from Friday-Friday during school holidays. Weekend and short breaks are available during low and shoulder seasons.
