This fabulous modern 3 bedroom townhouse is located in the Horsebridge Development in the heart of the town, just minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave. There is a foldaway table and 5 chairs. The lounge area has a couple of two-seater sofas and an occasional chair. French doors from the lounge lead to a small courtyard with patio furniture.



First Floor:

There is a good size twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets with drawer.

The modern bathroom has a bath, overhead shower, basin and wc.

The single bedroom has a free standing wardrobe with drawers and bedside table.

Second Floor:

On the top floor is the master bedroom with standard double bed, large fitted wardrobe and ensuite shower and wc.
