This fabulous end of terrace 3 bedroom cottage is tucked away behind the High Street in the heart of the town, just minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Behind this cottage's simple facade, lies a tastefully furnished contemporary home with a high standard of equipment and home furnishings throughout.

There are TV's with freeview and DVD player in the lounge and the double bedrooms; Wifi; Notebook for guest use and printer; and a fully equipped kitchen with an extensive range of kitchen equipment and gadgets for your use. The secluded decked courtyard garden has been beautifully decorated with bamboo and large zinc planters and has a large barbeque for your use. There's even a picnic basket and deckchairs for you to take to the beach and enjoy one of Whitstable's famous sunsets.



Parking is in Keam's Yard car park (£4.00 per day) which is a 2 minute walk from the cottage.

Accommodation:

Ground Floor:

The lounge has been furnished with a contemporary leather sofa and armchairs and decorated with feature lighting and prints. There is a wall mounted TV with freeview and DVD player.

The dining room has a dining table and chairs, with a stunning central feature light, contemporary prints.

The modern, white, fully equipped galley kitchen has been equipped to a high standard and has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave/doube oven and Nespresso coffee machine. There's even a picnic hamper and beach crockery for your use. The kitchen leads to a downstairs cloakroom with wc and basin.



First Floor:

The lovely restored wooden staircase with its feature lights and artwork, take you to the two double bedrooms. Each bedroom has been beautifully furnished with contemporary furniture, great artwork, feature lighting, good quality bedding and White Company throws, wall-mounted TV with freeview and DVD Player.



Second Floor:
There is a sweet single bedroom with under-bed storage for clothes, wall-mounted TV with freeview and DVD player and good quality bedding and White Company throw.

The large bathroom houses a large glass fronted shower, modern bath with mixer tap, wc and basin with shaving point.


Garden:
The private courtyard has been beautifully planted with bamboos and decorated with large zinc planters. There is a corner sleeper seating area and a gas barbeque for you to enjoy.

Restrictions:
This is a strictly non-smoking property.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £15. However, under no circumstances are dogs permitted upstairs, in the bedrooms, or allowed to lie on the bedding or chairs. Dogs must not be left unattended in properties, or elsewhere and should be exercised outside the property gardens or grounds.  Please note that cats and other pets are not permitted in any holiday homes without prior consent from the owner.If you do not adhere to these conditions, some of the cautionary deposit may be retained by the owner.

Rental Period:
The weekly rentals in the peak season run from Saturday - Saturday. Other start days (except Sunday) are possible throughout the year.
