picnic hamper and beach crockery for your use. The kitchen leads to a
downstairs cloakroom with wc and basin.
First Floor:
The lovely restored wooden
staircase with its feature lights and artwork, take you to the two
double bedrooms. Each bedroom has been beautifully furnished with
contemporary furniture, great artwork, feature lighting, good
quality bedding and White Company throws, wall-mounted TV with freeview and DVD Player.
Second Floor: There is a sweet single bedroom with under-bed storage for clothes, wall-mounted TV with freeview and DVD player and good quality bedding and White Company throw.
The large bathroom houses a large glass fronted shower, modern bath with mixer tap, wc and basin with shaving point.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £15. However, under no circumstances are dogs permitted upstairs, in the bedrooms, or allowed to lie on the bedding or chairs. Dogs must not be left unattended in properties, or elsewhere and should be exercised outside the property gardens or grounds. Please note that cats and other pets are not permitted in any holiday homes without prior consent from the owner.If you do not adhere to these conditions, some of the cautionary deposit may be retained by the owner.
