Entrance to this bright and spacious 2nd floor apartment is from Sea Wall and is accessed by two flights of stairs. Please note there is no lift. There is a large open planned living area with large picture windows and a fully fitted modern kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table and chairs and lounge with large L-shaped sofa, TV and DVD player.






Bedroom 1:

This versatile bedroom with wonderful picture windows can sleep up to 3 people in 3 single beds and has the benefit of an ensuite shower and wc, as well as a fitted wardrobe.





Bedroom 2:
This is a twin bedroom with chest of drawers and an analogue TV with DVD player.


Bathroom:
This modern bathroom is equipped with bath and overhead shower, basin and wc.


Parking is either on-street within 5 minute walk of property or in Keam's Yard Car Park which is 5 minutes walk away (cost £3.80 per day).
