This charming 3 bedroom traditional fisherman's cottage is located in the centre of Whitstable, just minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The cottage is full of character and has been tastefully decorated throughout.
There is a lovely secluded seaside inspired garden with large deck area and patio furniture for you to enjoy with your family and friends.
A small/medium size dog is permitted at the cottage.
Parking is either on-street or at the Keam's Yard Car Park (£4.00 per day), both of which are about 5 minutes walk from the cottage.

Accommodation:
Ground Floor:
The lounge has two sofas and an occasional chair, foldaway dining table and chairs, TV with freeview and DVD player. This leads to a fully equipped galley style kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
The bathroom is downstairs and has a bath with mixer tap overhead shower and wc.
First Floor:
There is a large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and beside tablesat the front of the house.
The second bedroom has a pretty wroughtiron single bed, chest of drawers and hanging pegs. There are french doors leading to a sweetlittle balcony with bistro table and chairs that overlook the garden. The second floor and attic bedroom is accessed by a steep staircase from the second bedroom.
Second Floor:
Lovely large attic bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, handing pegs and bedside cabinets.
Garden:
There is wonderful seaside inspired garden, partly decked with patio furniture, BBQ bucket, deckchairs and a garden shed which houses the tumble dryer.

NB The lounge is quite small and accommodates up to 5 people comfortably when relaxing, however the lounge also doubles up as the dining room with a foldaway table and chairs.
Therefore the room takes on a role of either lounge or dining room, but not both together.
Rental Period:
Weekly rentals from Saturday-Saturday during school holidays. Weekend and short breaks are available in low and shoulder seasons.
