The cottage is just a short walk from bustling Harbour Street and just 5 minutes to the beach. A perfect base to enjoy a holiday with friends or family.

ACCOMMODATION:
Ground Floor:
The front door leads straight into a good size lounge with wooden floors and lovely open fire. There is a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa, TV with Freeview and DVD player.The dining room has a large dining table that seats up to 8 and leads through to the fully equipped and contemporary galley kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a range cooker and five burner gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

The modern bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Door leads through to courtyard garden with patio furniture.

First Floor:
There are two delightful double bedrooms with wrought iron beds, chest of drawers and hanging space.
NB Please note that the stairs to the first floor are steep and may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. A stairgate can be provided for young children.
