This charming 2 bedroom first floor apartment offers very comfortable and spacious accommodation within a mid-terraced Victorian terrace house. 

The apartment has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. It also offers the perfect retreat for couples as there are two good sized double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The apartment also has the added benefits of WiFi, Sky TV and being perfectly located on Nelson Road, just a few minutes walk to the beach and town centre.

ACCOMMODATION:


The apartment is accessed by a stairway from the front of the house.



The hallway leads you to a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob and separate oven and microwave. 



The lounge is very spacious and light and is furnished with a large 3 seater sofa, occasional chair, wooden dining table with two chairs and bench seating, large flat screen TV with Sky and DVD player.



The main bedroom is beautifully decorated and has a king size bed, chest of drawers, hanging pegs and a modern ensuite shower room with wc and basin.

Towelling robes are provided for guests in each bedroom.



The modern family bathroom has a bath, wc and basin.

The second bedroom is next door to the bathroom. The room has been beautifully decorated and has a double bed, chest of drawers and hanging pegs.
