Beach Hut:
The owners also have a fabulous beach hut on Tankerton Slopes which you are welcome to use during your weekend or week long for an additional charge of £60-£95. Please see below for details.

Accommodation:

Ground Floor:
Entrance hall and stairs to main accommodation.

First Floor:
Large lounge with sofa bed, TV & DVD player. Breakfast room with dining tables and chairs. Full equipped modern and stylish kitchen with double range oven.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 1: Spacious double bedroom with king size bed.
Bedroom 2: Bunk beds and travel cot
Bathroom with bath and shower. Separate wc.

Third Floor:
Accessed by ladder steps - (Young children should be supervised by an adult when climbing steps as very steep).

Kids Chill out room with double sofabed and TV.

Access to roof-top terrace with patio furniture and stunning views of the town, harbour and sea. Please note that due to safety reasons access to the terrace is only permitted for adults - a key to the door will be provided on check-in and it is therefore your responsibility during your stay.

Facilities:

Restrictions: This is a strictly non-smoking property.

A dog is permitted to stay.

The roof-top terrace is strictly for adult use only for safety reasons - keys will be provided for adult supervision. The wooden steps from the second to third floor are very steep and therefore young children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Rental Period:
Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays. Weekend and short breaks are available in low and shoulder seasons.

Dog Policy:
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £15. However, under no circumstances are dogs permitted upstairs in the bedrooms, or allowed to lie on the bedding or chairs. Dogs must not be left unattended in properties, or elsewhere and should be exercised outside the property gardens or grounds.  Please note that cats and other pets are not permitted in any holiday homes without prior consent from the owner.If you do not adhere to these conditions, some of the cautionary deposit may be retained by the owner.

A refundable cautionary deposit of £150 is payable 6weeks prior to your arrival - please refer to Booking Conditions fordetails.

The beach hut is equipped with sun chairs, table and chairs, crockery and cups. All you need to bring is your picnic and a swimming costume!

Supplement for Beach Hut:

Oct to Mar  - £60 per week/weekend
Apr to Jun   - £75 per week/weekend
Jul to Sep   - £95 per week/weekend

Refundable Cautionary Deposit: £50
