This charming four bedroom mid-terraced home offers very comfortable and spacious accommodation and has been tastefully decorated throughout.

It has the benefit of two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a delightful enclosed courtyard .

The house is located in the conservation area, just 2 minutes walk from Whitstable's shops, restaurants and beach.

ACCOMMODATION:


Ground Floor:

The front door leads you into a good size lounge with wooden floors, open fireplace, a 3 and 2 seater sofa and occasional chair.

The large dining room has a wooden table with bench seater and two chairs and sideboard. It leads through to the galley kitchen which has a gas hob and oven, microwave, washer/dryer and large fridge/freezer.

Then walk through to the downstairs bathroom that has a bath with overhead mixer tap shower, basin and toilet.




The courtyard garden offers a perfect retreat to enjoy breakfast or a barbeque and is equipped with a large patio table that seats 8.

First floor:

Bedroom1:
Good size double bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers.




Bedroom 2:
Good size double bedroom with double wrought iron bed, small wardrobe, chest of drawers with dresser mirror and bedside cabinets.



Second Floor:
 

Bedroom 3 & 4:
Two good size light and airy attic bedrooms with pull-out trundle to make two single or two twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has a chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and there is a shared wardrobe on the landing between the two bedrooms.
