Please note there is an open staircase in the centre of the lounge which may not be suitable for some very young children. The lounge leads through to a large kitchen/dining area that has a fully fitted kitchen and small utility area with washing machine. There are double doors leading through to an enclosed garden with patio furniture.

First Floor: The lovely double bedroom is at the front of the property and has a feature fireplace, wardrobe and bedside table. The second bedroom (ideal for children) has a large metal framed bunk bed, with a single top bunk and 4 foot lower bunk, chest of drawers and hanging space. The spacious bathroom has a bath with mixer tap, basin and wc.
