The main entrance leads you to a conservatory style utility area with washing machine, dishwasher, small freezer and microwave.
From the utility area, a door leads you a small entrance hall, then onto the cottage's well equipped galley kitchen with fridge, gas hob and electric oven.
Three steps then take you to good size breakfast/dining room with table, settle seating and wooden chairs.
The bathroom is downstairs at the back of the cottage by the kitchen and has a bath with mixer tap shower, basin and toilet.
The lounge is at the front of the cottage and has a feature fireplace (not working), 2 seater sofa, occasional wicker chairs and bean bag, as well as a TV with freeview box and DVD player.
First Floor:
The main bedroom enjoys sea views and has a double bed and bedside tables. It leads to a small dressing room with wardrobe space, a chest of drawers and enough floor space for a travel cot.
The second bedroom is at the front of the cottage and has a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.
There is an enclosed garden which is part decked and part laid to lawn with patio furniture.
